This voucher is valid for 36 months after purchase.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. All gift vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking and conditions may apply. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers are only redeemable at the Salter Brothers Hospitality properties listed on the gift voucher. The gift voucher may be used to purchase any goods and/or services at those properties. Only cash value vouchers are partially redeemable. Please note that lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced. When making a booking please quote the gift voucher number. Bookings are subject to standard property cancellation policies. Gift vouchers must be presented on the day of redemption. To redeem a gift voucher please call our Reservation Team between 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that for all voucher redemptions staying on a Friday and/or Saturday night or on a long weekend/public holiday, a $100 surcharge will apply per night which is to be paid directly to the hotel prior to arrival.
